Being active, fit and healthy isn't just about running, gym, bikes or swimming. And likewise, we have many reasons that motivate us to become more active.
In the second of our new series of videos exploring the many and various inspirations our members have found to get more active, eat healthily and become fit, we find out how choosing dance can be a way to stay fit and health when you're not that enamoured with sport or the gym, and it's great fun too. In this video we explore one of the many forms of dancing - Contemporary dance - which Alice had a strong connection to after dancing since a very young age and finding the type that suited her most. Alice helps people in office environments stay active in a busy zone in London and does private training and tutoring too.
